ORDER STATUS
You can access your order details, history, and delivery updates anytime by signing into your account.
After placing an order, you’ll receive a confirmation email. We willl keep you updated via email and we'll send the tracking information as soon as your items have shipped.

SHIPPING
Please allow approximately 2-3 business days for domestic order processing and shipping. Overnight orders placed before 2 PM EST will ship the same business day.
For international orders, please allow approximately 10–15 business days for delivery.
Custom embroidery orders require an additional 14 business days for processing and application.
Please note that we do not ship on Saturdays, Sundays, or U.S. bank holidays. During holiday and promotional periods, processing and shipping times may be extended due to increased order volume.
RETURNS
We want you to love your Cozyland.
If something isn’t quite right, we’re here to help.
We accept returns for refund or exchange within 30 days of delivery, provided items meet the conditions below. To process a return, visit the link here.
Return Eligibility
To be eligible for a return:
Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition
All original tags and packaging must be intact
Because our pieces are designed to be soft and personal, we’re unable to accept:
Items marked final sale
- Sale items discounted more than 50%. (If a sale item is under 50% markdown, it can only be accepted for exchange).
- Customized or personalized pieces (unless there is a clear internal defect).
Return Shipping
We process returns through our partner, Loop.
At checkout, we offer you the option to unlock free return shipping later for the eligible items in your order by paying a small returns fee at the time of purchase.
- If you choose to pay this fee during purchase, there is no additional charge for shipping your item(s) back to us.
- If you choose not to pay this fee during your purchase, you may be subject to a higher shipping/handling fee later at the rates that we require on the date you ship your item(s) back to us for a return.
Please note: original shipping charges are non-refundable.
This service does not override final sale or other policy restrictions.
International Returns
At this time, we’re unable to provide prepaid labels for international returns.
Return shipping and related fees are the customer’s responsibility.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please email info@wearecozyland.com and include photos of the item(s). Our team will review promptly and make it right.
